If your order arrives damaged, we can send you a replacement free of charge. We’ll need you to take pictures of the damage before we can send your replacement, and please contact us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement to you free of charge.
Before we ship any portraits to your address, we send you a digital copy for your approval. Please double-check the artwork before you approve it because we cannot offer refunds if you are unhappy with the design after it ships.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.
We will accept all refund requests within 24 hours of placing your order.
