All orders generally take between 1-2 days to be designed and approved. Our artists take their time to ensure your portrait is to the highest standard. We always double-check our work to ensure that we only deliver high-quality artwork to you.

All orders are shipped and tracked. If you lost your tracking number, please email us and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Please note that once you approve your portrait via email and it has been shipped to you, we cannot accept refunds. However, if you do not approve of your portrait, we will do the best we can to refund your purchase.
